What are the experiences like?Central is a place where you can be yourself—a place where you will be inspired by the words and songs that you hear, and a place where you will be moved to reconnect with God. Central is for people of all ages, backgrounds and interests, even if you never attended church regularly before.
The atmosphere is casual, welcoming and relevant. If you like to dress up, you can dress up. If you prefer more casual clothes, like jeans or sneakers, you can wear those too. In each service you will experience exciting music and overhead screens where song lyrics are displayed so you can join in singing even if the song is new to you. You will find a preacher who may use a prop, story or video clip to make a point while always making the Bible message relatable to everyday life. You will find friendly people who live, work and play in the greater Green Bay community, who have a love for God and for each other. But most importantly, you will experience a setting where God will speak to you and your situation. Central Church is a Christian church affiliated with the Assemblies of God denomination.
What about my children?Each weekend your child can be part of an exciting and active environment filled with songs, games, and fun activities that teach Godly values at an age-appropriate level. Our weekend KidZone services meets at the same time as the adult service, and are designed for all children from birth - 5th grade. We offer a safe check in/out system, and the safety of your children is our top priority. So while you are experiencing the creative, life-changing worship of Central, your children are experiencing it as well.
